Online order returns description
We only accept the customer to return the wrong product that we sent out, please contact us within 3days to arrange changing the correct product. Returned product must be new, including the original packing, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse accepting returns. If the product consumers personal damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, dirty or lose any parts, we will also not accept returns .

Maintenance services
Our products are 1 year warranty for non personal damage.
Products purchased in our company for any damage, please bring it and visit our PMQ shop. When we receive the damaged item, we will send you the repair notice, including the repair cost and time by on site or through email.
